My goal is to run every other day. I ran 8km this week so I am really pleased and I feel good. My left groin is a bit sore after resting, but I ran on uneven trails, so maybe that is why? Anyone have a better idea?

I am repeating week 3 of SP Run/walk program. I think it was a good choice because last week I really struggled. I feel stronger this week.

After my 10 mile race, this is a chillin week for me. Maybe some weights and a run or two, very short. The soreness is just starting to wear off :)

Please use this thread to let everyone know your goals for the week, to keep yourself accountable. The goals can certainly be running related, but you can use the thread for other goals you are currently doing as well.
Simply write down what you have for a goal for the week (for example: complete week three of C25k), and then as the week progresses, come back and update with the results as you complete steps toward your goal.
