Gosh I am so disorganised at the moment and I realised that I never reported back! Thank you all so much for the comments and good wishes and congrats to all who ran!
I had a fantastic race - my chip time was 30:28 which I was chuffed with. The weather was perfect, sunny with a breeze and the atmosphere was fantastic. There were lots of people in costumes, St Patrick himself made an appearance on stilts and as we say over here "the craic was mighty"! Sorry I have no photos, since I was going by myself I left all my valuables at home. One of my goals is to make some running friends or join a club so hopefully I will know people at next year's race to solve that problem!

I'm taking a new strategy to the Flanagan's Duathlon and Beer Run in Downtown Dunedin, Fl. on St Patty's Day. I want to set a new PB after my latest at the Gasparilla Distance Classic two weeks ago. Considering that packed race, I should have more room to work it!

“Life shouldn’t be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather, to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly shouting…”Wow! What a ride! Thank You Lord!” ~ Author unknown
