way to go on the 5 miles, doesn't it feel great?
Got in all of my runs, and have even cut down on my time some! Looking forward to Sunday's race, and hoping they are wrong about the rain

I'm getting my tooth pulled tomorrow (boo!) so I ran 5 miles yesterday and again today. I ran some hills in our neighborhood. Whew! That last time up really burned!

The goal is to prepare for a 10K with a steep rise several miles long.

I just ran 5 miles for the first time (maybe ever) !! I did it in around 70 minutes. YAY! emoticon

Surprised myself and ran 6.25 miles today so my goals have changed for the week. Cross training, running hills and an 80 minute run on Sunday to get ready for a challenging hilly 10K course.

Continuing to eat in my calorie budget and up my water to 13 - 14

I have 4 short runs this week, none longer than 60 minutes. Next weekend is my 10 mile race, so it is a little easy going this week and next.

Please use this thread to let everyone know your goals for the week, to keep yourself accountable. The goals can certainly be running related, but you can use the thread for other goals you are currently doing as well.

Simply write down what you have for a goal for the week (for example: complete week three of C25k), and then as the week progresses, come back and update with the results as you complete steps toward your goal.

Plus, our team is on our way to running to the moon! Please help us get there, by adding that team goal to your own goals list. You can find it from the main team page (near the bottom).
