I just did a search on itunes last weekend and found his podcasts and wasn't sure how they were.
It sounds like some of you use them. Are they good?

Many of us already use DJ Steveboy's Podrunner podcasts when we run. He has created a new podcast for intervals. Launched today, you can get it at iTunes by searching Podrunner-Intervals. You can probably get it from his website as well - www.djsteveboy.com
