I am sure if you enter your height/weight stats, your current weight & desired weight, the SP nutrition tracker will reflect the cals and the breakdown of macros you need to consume. As you enter your exercise in the fitness tracker and update your weight at least monthly, the SP tracker will update the cals you need to consume.
