I am sure if you enter your height/weight stats, your current weight & desired weight, the SP nutrition tracker will reflect the cals and the breakdown of macros you need to consume. As you enter your exercise in the fitness tracker and update your weight at least monthly, the SP tracker will update the cals you need to consume. I am one of those users who are underweight with respect to age and height.
I would like to know if this website is meant to help people lose or maintain weight. I would like to set my goals differently as I know how many calories, protein, carbs and fat I need to take everyday along with my fitness routine to gain muscle weight.
