Hi. Newby is here :-) So far I lost 7.4 lb in 3 weeks. Not as much as I want but it is a progress. I hope that after all this maddness with the school year end is over, I will be able to workout more often.
I guess, my major success recently was realizing how important nutrition is regardless of exercise and coming back to Spark People for support. It's not much, but to me realizing my limitations is a a big step!

My major success was losing 67 lbs over 13-14 month period. I kept my lowest weight of 123lbs for at least half a year, but then gained 12lbs back due to stress. I've been on a quest to lose those pounds again. But ultimately I need to learn how to maintain my weight and deal with stress without gaining.
