KRISTINSGOALS, you should find a Pilates instructor training workshop in your area. Mat certification only takes a weekend (plus maybe some practice teaching hours). I would love to one day get certification on the equipment, but that takes a year and I don't live anywhere near where that might be offered.

KRISTINSGOALS - Thanks, but I'm a Pilates instructor. I'm paid for most of my minutes. I'm really only doing this to see how much time I really spend doing Pilates each week and month.

I would really, really love to have 31 days of Pilates this month, Bettie!! Not sure I will beat you if you do 32 minutes every day, but I will do more than I have ever done, if I do 20 every day!
