Thank you to each of you for responding. I will check out the link and QVC - and the Stott suggestion is helpful, too. Now I just need to use it daily! Thank you!
QVC has several (levels). I seem to be injury prone from running and now I faithfully use my reformer before and after each run - in fact every day - it is my go to before bed - I sleep better. I used the dvd's from QVC (pricey but it will give you an idea)

I'd go with Stott Pilates. The cueing is excellent, which is important when you can't watch the screen for alignment and safety reasons.
