OldNavy.com or Old Navy is also great (more selection and sizes online). I LOVE their work out wear. The yoga pants and capris are super flexible and snug (which you need for pilates) but not too tight. They wash and wear well. And I love their basic tees and tanks for wearing on top with them. All super comfy stretchy cotton.

I just wear capri length workout pants and any old t-shirt. I got the pants on clearance for $3!
Just watch out that the pants aren't too loose, because when your legs point to the ceiling they'll come down! You may want to test for that when trying something on. I like the t-shirt because it goes down over my belly without hiking up. It might be fun to get a real workout shirt sometime as a milestone reward, though.
I love Pilates that all different shapes and sizes can really benefit from it!

I am glad you are enjoying your pilates machine. I have a few dvd's, my own routine and use netflix. Most of mine is mat work as a change from my normal workout routines, however I do one standing pilates routine.
Well, I admit I am not too overly curvy, I think that I'm more what you'd call "plump" but I've had real good luck finding nice, sturdy workout wear at, of all places, the COSTCO membership warehouse. I bought a pricey running skirt online a year or so ago, but then found ones just as nice, or even more functional, at this warehouse. It's grab-it-when-they've-got-it, and, for example, this week, everything was workout wear for cold weather. Long sleeved tee tops with thumb-holes in the sleeve hems. I tend to run hot when I work out in studios, or when I run, so long sleeves are not really my preference.
Like others, I get stuff where I find it. I even find loose tops for over workout wear tops, at places like Wet Seal! (I used to think they were only for my granddaughters' generation, but while Christmas shopping, this year, I picked up a couple nice dolman sleeve crop tops that work well for me.) Sometimes, you can think outside the "workout" box and come out ahead!
I buy my workout clothes here, there and everywhere. Most importantly, I like it to fit snugly, but not be tight or restrictive. I like capril length bottoms (cooler) and long tops that do not ride up to show my belly bulge when I move. That just distracts me and I flail around trying to pull and tug to cover and then my form goes right out the window. I even have a few favorites that I bought at Walmart!
