When I use the spinning bike instead of the regular stationary bike I use the following in my fitness tracker:
"Indoor cycling (including Spinning, group cycling, RPM)"
This comes closer to the effort that I put into my solo spinning.

Yesterday I did 4 miles on an excercise bike at the Y. However, I did one of the intervals courses pre-programmed into the bike, so it wasn't "just" level, unresisted bike riding. What is the best way to log this?
