Do you put more focus on your failures rather than your success? How can you change it?
I often notice I am harder on myself for my failures. I find them easier to point out and get upset about. But as far as my success, I often do not recognize it and donít stop to be proud of myself. This also makes me miss out on a lot of the good I do. Today in order to focus on the good, every time I achieve a goal I am going to reward myself with some me time!
