No problem breathing here...often feels like I'm pumping the old BELLOWS...lol!

Yeah, haven't even bothered looking at the clock on my runs, jogs, fast walks...just going with what feels right.

Great Tips! I'd add: don't worry about your speed. A lot of people start too fast and get frustrated when they can't do it. Also, breathe. Through your mouth and into your belly. If you have trouble, pretend you're breathing through a straw.
