you've got a good circuit going there DOn.. this week i'm going to ask for a tour of CJ.. never got one when i first joined as i was only interested in the pool.. I know where the cardio area is.. it's right off to the left just as you enter.. BUt i want to see the rest. :)

I've been mixing it up a little better now, having at the weight machines for a bit before going for the elliptical. On ST days I'll alternate: 1 set of ST, elliptical, another set of ST, either rowing machine or stationary bike, wrap up with a final set of ST.

I'm pretty useless after I've done my cardio, thats part of how I know I done it and done it well.

And that's what I started to do when I recently joined a gym. Then I got my assessment -- you know, the review of your habits a lot of gyms do. And the review told me I was doing something wrong.

Hit the weights hard, the assessment said. Then go to cardio.
