I have resigned myself to the process of entering food.
I have only been part of SparkPeople for a little while, but I have been taking stock of my choices for a long time now. I think I am going to add Salt to my list of things to track, as I have hypertension I thought it would be a good thing.
The Dining services here provides nutritional information, so I am using more accurate info then guesstimating from what others have entered, but (and for instance) there were 3 entries for Mexican Rice, what I had for lunch today; so just to be safe I used the one with the highest calories )-:
Also, I talked to their nutritionist today. She is going to get me the nutritional information for something I eat whenever they have it, but they don't have listed on their site. She is really nice and it sounds like she is happy to help me whenever I need it :-)
