#4, 5, and 7 ring true for me.. I'm one of thelucky ones where it no longer "hurts when i pee" for a UTI... It's fatigue in the worst way... Mine wasn't low iron...But low folate which has the same fatigue causing effect... ANd i've reduced my caffiene intake from 15c to 2c/day MAX.

#2 & #8 are very connected for me...being down in the dumps makes it tough to plan ahead for fun, exciting times. Setting my sights on fun stuff ahead is a great tonic for the day-to-day blahs.
