My daily cocktail with the SuperB and MUlti Depends on my nutrition level for the day.. I was on full prenatal because of hair loss.. BUT since it sent me into Iron Overload.. I"m back to this.. and i gotta say... no headaches from taking multi's.. AND if i have to take a full tab.. I break it in 1/2 and take it at seperate times because your body will only absorb so much at one time.. So it increases his risk of absorbing nutrients...

I take 2 adult gummies every day plus 2 of the Lil' Critters Immune C gummies.
I take them just to make sure that my immune system is functioning well since I work in the schools. I think I do okay getting most of my nutrients through my food, but every little bit helps. And they taste good too!

I take 'em...lots of 'em...sometimes I wonder if I'm wasting my money, but haven't given up on them yet.
I'm most confident of the value of taking fish oil and flax seed oil. Guess it's because my PCP is such a fan. However I have read here & there about the lack of benefit in taking inexpensive vitamins because they don't dissolve in your body when they need to in order for your body to absorb them.
And skinflint old me: I get nothing but the CVS vitamins...buy 1 get 1 free.
So while I may wonder, I still take:
Calcium 600 mg. Vitamin C 500 mg. Vitamin E 400 units Fish Oil 1000 units Flax Seed Oil 1000 units Zinc (not sure of size...standard size though) Multivitamin (which has another 500 mg. calcium)
