compete in Binghamton's HM be able to run a Marathon by my birthday Start triatholon training in January... Compete in a triatholon whether or not as a relay or indvidiual. work on pacing and increasing it..can't wait for spring and the track to be open :)
SO these are my goals so far.. and i figure..like the rest of me.. they're a work in progress

I'm doing well with exercise, but I don't care for strength training, so one goal for 2011 is to find strength routines that I like well enough to do regularly.
This year I also need to eat more fruits & veggies and "close the kitchen" earlier at night. My problem with that is I usually run in the evening and often feel hungry after the run - so I need to grab ONE SMALL healthy snack (yogurt or fruit & peanut butter maybe) & then STOP - KITCHEN IS CLOSED.
And I want to run at least one race (even though I ran track & XC in HS, I've never run a road race!) and get the veggie garden going again & keep it going (and weeded!) all summer.

One goal is to finish up a class to be certified with American Humane to be an animal responder on a more National level. I have completed everything and am on BCART (Broome County Animal Response Team), but want to take it a step further.
I have another medium goal that I'd rather not publish now...stay tuned for next December, though.
I'm kind of doing some basic goal setting in regard to sparkpeople and losing weight. I've been slacking, so I have set a goal for fitness (30 minutes at least 3 times per week for now) and a goal for nutrition (no eating in front of the TV). I seem to have let these things go in 2010.
