sounds like some great goals so far!
my goals are:
compete in Binghamton's HM
be able to run a Marathon by my birthday
Start triatholon training in January...
Compete in a triatholon whether or not as a relay or indvidiual.
work on pacing and increasing it..can't wait for spring and the track to be open :)
SO these are my goals so far.. and i figure..like the rest of me.. they're a work in progress
