Been struggling here...! I'm avoiding holiday goodies, making healthy food choices but have drifted away from tracking and am eating too much nonetheless. Also I just can't get my groove going on the treadmill these days. Indoor cardio has lost it's appeal and am still sulking in a bad way over the loss of outdoor cycling outlets.
I do best when I have clients in the evening as I enjoy either Nordic Walking or jogging back and forth from my day time work to my private practice. But that's only 3 nights a week.
I *KNOW* what I need to do...just feel bogged down in the winter muck and struggling to get up and DO IT!
