never used the P90X system.. I'm currently addicted to the TUrbo Jam series.. I use that in between running, biking, yoga and ST.. I try not to keep a set pattern just for relief of workout boredom if that makes sense.

Here's an article which compares a few different workout regimens which use "muscle confusion"...while they may be worthwhile I think a less costly approach is to just keep mixing up one's workouts by varying length, speed, intensity, incline and the type of activity.

What do folks think? Anyone out there familiar with any of these...? Don
