A very revealing article and the following pages also very interesting. Good information. You always come up with helpful facts. I think that I need to keep better abreast of nutrition information. These last several months, maybe a half a year now, I have really led a sinful life in the area of food consumption. I think it has a lot to with not feeling well emotionally but that does not fix anything. My weight has a huge impact on my physical health which is not very good and I need to eat healthier for myself. Not for a program or a counselor or because my family wants me to, but because I want to eat healthier foods. It is just a good idea. And these are great suggestions. Thank you very much, Willow. Love it!
