So, I've definitely decided to split my workouts. I'll aim for at least 30 minutes before work and then another 10-30 between 3-5pm. This should help in a couple ways:
1. it will give me until 5:30 before I HAVE to be out of bed.
2. it will hopefully shake up my routine a bit and help with this last 5 pounds or so.
3. hopefully, it will also help keep my metabolism a little higher throughout the day since I'm not coming home and sitting.
We'll see. I think it will work for me, at least on work days.
It's not uncommon to go to bed thinking, "Darn, I should have run today." It's not common to go to bed thinking, "I shouldn't have run today."
