I think August was a "coasting" kind of month - a lot of people at work were on vacation & I suspect a lot of people in the group too - my family took a few days away (during which I did no tracking!). Taking a little break can be healthy as long as it doesn't derail your progress.

Bummer!! Now I really feel bad for not working out enough this month ;) not that it was only me but I was a contributing factor. :( Do you know how many minutes we're behind? Do we even have a chance of kicking it up enough to lead again?
