well i posted to the Fitness message board a question about how to track milage when i use my HRM for my calories and time... One member suggested that when doing the entry to leave the time at 0 and still add the milage...And it worked!! it kicks it into cardio as 0 calories. and doesn't falsely increase my fitness minutes... I know somefriends have told me that it shouldn't really matter about the minutes.. I told them you know.. when you work really hard at something.. and you're apart of team to get a certain amount of fitness minutes a month..and you PERSONALLY have a goal... it can be disheartening if someone beats you out.. and i don't want to beat someone unfairly...i figure we all work hard enough....
