I'm having a tough time lately with balancing having fun/living life and eating healthy and fitting in fitness.
My eating is actually not horrible, just not as good as it could be. Still having a hard time getting in all my fruits and veggies and choosing processed snacks like granola bars over fruit or veggies.
I'm also having a hard time trying to fit my workouts in so that they're not in the way of doing fun stuff with the kids.
I really can't get in a great workout with the kids. Even hiking has become to easy for it to be considered a big workout because they can't move that fast. Of course, I could do it with one on my back...
We're considering going camping later this week and I'm feeling a little worried about how I will manage to eat healthy for that too.
I guess I just really need to learn how to balance things out.
