I saw this challenge in another group i'm in.. thought it would be fun to do... frecks inspired me as i saw this the other day.... So i'll post the "weeks"... and maybe we could all do it together????

Swimsuit season is just around the corner. Are you beach ready?

The Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp is a 7-day workout plan. All you have to do is follow the workout, at your own pace and on your own time. It's that easy!

This spring's Bootcamp will feature both existing and new SparkPeople workout videos. Here are the basics of the 7-day workout plan:
