OK so i have beed doing the 30DS.. it's love/hate with Jillian .. and she's REALLY helped with taking care of some of the extra inches around the middle.. but i REALLY want a couple of extra different ab workouts....
I have been doing the Yoga on the Edge Sunrise on the ON DEMAND channel a couple of times a week opposite Jillian...and YES it is a great ab workout.. BUT i am looking for more some thing i can squeeze in on a 5 OR 10 minute mark. i have it set for 45 minutes of cardio per day.. sometimes i can getup to 60 depending on the intensity of the previous workout done that day..It's those days i'd like to add in the extra 5/10 minutes of ab work..
