I have got to work on eating my breakfast on time. I think that is a big disadvantage. Also eating my last meal earlier. My food clock is a little off. But, hey I am sticking with my exchanges which is really better than I can ever believed to happen. I do like the cold water thing. There are lots of ways to boost metabolism. One is to keep going. I know with my aches and pains that is hard some times but I think that if I do as much as I am able I will be moving in the right direction as long as I don't overstress myself. Which is something I need to watch out for. Trick probably is moderation. Penny-wise and pound-smart.
