Love It!! Especially the last one. I do try on tight clothes every once in awhile to see how much closer I am. What an amazing feeling to have those too small pants zip right up!

Thanks for sharing the article. I have to say that there are a couple of the "regular tricks" that I already have mastered. Drinking water has always been my main source of liquid intake. It is nice to get a couple more for my arsenal.
