I sometimes go out with friends and it is great to know what the odds are of finding something tasty and healthy to eat. Sometimes, it is difficult with food allergies, also. Sometimes I throw caution to the wind and have something I want that isn't so healthy after all. I am not always consistent. Right now, I have been through a spell of some leniency so, it is good to have some reminders of healthy choices again.
Thanks, Willow, I have bookmarked this page on my browser! Gracias, Senora!

Awesome! This is a huge weakness of mine. But, fortunately, since I've gone vegetarian I hardly eat at fast food restaurants anymore and, if I do, it's usually Subway, and I've learned to cut out cheese (cause I can't taste it on there with all that other stuff anyway) and replace mayo with mustard.
