No gym today. My daughter has been sick...I did manage to go to the gym monday and walk 3 miles, walked the dog 2 miles wednesday while the hubby was with the daughter, and hopefully will get in some gym time in the morning...next week it will be gym 4 days and Zumba at the YMCA one day....so excited!

Did 30DS, Level 1 and a 10 minute kickboxing workout with a warm up and cool down. Felt really good today. I'll get in some yoga tonight before bed instead of sitting in front of the computer all night.

yeah, what Tara said! LOL!

My other problem is that if I wait until after work, I won't do it. Like I really wanted to get in an ab workout tonight, but I didn't do it yet and if I do it now I won't sleep as well. I will do another 20 min of nighttime yoga, just to relax, but nothing that gets my heart rate up too high.

I am finding though, that I need to start eating breakfast BEFORE I work out-my workouts at 8 or 9 (after breakfast) are much more productive than my before breakfast 5:30 workouts. It will take some thinking about how to do it on mornings I work though...

I'm not a morning person at all, but I usually work out in the morning anyways. It really helps my anti-morning attitude! Getting moving first thing not only gets exercise out of the way for the day but really increases my energy and productivity all day long. :)

I did twenty on the stationary bike "vigorously"
warm down walk and stretching
and
an hour of PT and strength exercises

I am going to have to enter my PT exercises today under other exercises that are not listed! I have not done that yet: user entered. I don't know how that figures exactly but I do an hour, I should be logging in the whole time. Or at least most of it.
Or at least the strenuous exercises. I just haven't done it before.

Though, I have been trying new strength exercises which has become: believe it or not: FUN!!! Ha, ha. Never thought I'd say that!!! emoticon

After having a really crappy day I decided I could meet my friends for a drink, go home and snack or hit the gym. Proud to say I hit the gym. Took care of that stress. Made my day much better. And now I am ready to sit and have a nice meal with hubby.

I did nordic walking but it was so slippery out there that we cutting it short after about 40 minutes of "ice skating". Came home and did some weight training. Still hoping for the gym later where I will make up for my shorten walk.

Well, it is still before 7am, but yesterday I did the exercise bike and PT strength training at Peak Performance ant then followed up in the afternoon with an hour of home exercises.
