The study of nutrition is well worth the effort. Would you run your car without knowing what kind of gas to put into it?
I think not?!
Over the last few years, I have been exposed to more and more nutritional information. I am beginning to catch on. I do believe that this is just not a fad or some phase for me but a true desire of the heart to want to nourish myself as best as possible without doing further damage to my already distorted body. So, gradually, nutrition has been warming into a minor passion as is cooking healthier and, perhaps, cooking at all! And shopping healthy: I love when I check out at the grocer's and my cart is full of green foods!!!~I feel so great!!! My library gradually has been expanding with health books...etc.
So, therefor, I love that this team posts healthy information threads. I am always skipping around my books, spiritual readings, and hobbies and taking things in gradually...so when I get these links or posts, I really get a boost from them.
Read this one...liked that 5 or 6 of the foods listed are regular staples in my grab 'n go food choices: apples, full fat cheese, eggs, coffee, grapefruit...and the others, beans, salmon, pork are additions now & then.
