Great job - keep up the good work!

I lost an even 3 as well - could have done a little better if I didn't have a terrible weekend and a bout of laziness move in. I am going to do better this week though - shooting for a 5 emoticon

This week I lost 3 lbs in the challenge, bringing my total to 7.2 !

We just go in and get weighed once a week. People can sign up for one on one sessions with their consultants but the group does not ever get together at the same time.

Hey I'd like to hear more about the program and how it works...do you all get together for any discussions, lectures, workouts?

I still think pulling together some of us members of SparkPeople and talking us up as a helpful "supplement" to HealthyU would be a cool idea...
