Thanks for the link Don! I need to add more fruits and vegetables. That would help me to meet all the nutritional balance goals that I miss except calcium (and calcium too if I make a couple of those veggies leafy greens...)

I need to eat more protein! A tough job for me because I have so many dietary restrictions. Time for me to get more creative, I think!

Thank you Don for the article. I'm going to start small, by eating more meal at home. I'll try that for a week then incorporate more fruits and veggies in my diet, then the next week add protein to my breakfast, and then eat more healty fat.

Don't know about you, but lately I've been thinking about my goals for the New Year and what I might consider adding.

SparkPeople has an article with NINE different possible nutritional goals to consider...might pick up one or two myself after bouncing back from my Christmas "stumble"...!
