Thanks for the link Don! I need to add more fruits and vegetables. That would help me to meet all the nutritional balance goals that I miss except calcium (and calcium too if I make a couple of those veggies leafy greens...)

Thank you Don for the article. I'm going to start small, by eating more meal at home. I'll try that for a week then incorporate more fruits and veggies in my diet, then the next week add protein to my breakfast, and then eat more healty fat.
