Sorry to hear about all the bugs & Pat too - *crossing fingers* we have been mostly OK here except for some minor colds. Glad everyone is recovering well!

No skiing yet, but we did go sledding yesterday and this morning, just in the yard.

We have had hot cocoa for the DD after outdoor play, and hot tea for mommy.

I am looking forward to maybe being healthy again. And meeting up with Don to go cross country skiing.

The germs really got to me and it has been a long process back. But out of the hospital. On the 3rd round of an antibiotic. Hopefully this will work and I can start living outside of a doctor's office.

I want to spend December with love ones and friends enjoying being alive and healthy.

Looking forward to getting some snow so I can get out to Greenwood Park, rent some cross country skis and see if I can EVER get the hang of this sport...lol!

I do okay on the flat or even uphill sections...but give me ANY kind of downhill slope and WHOOPS there I go again! :-)

Happy December to everyone! The germs got us down for a little while here, but everyone's on the up and up. Getting in the holiday state of mind.

Any one else decorate their tree yet?

The newest yummy drink here is Hot Cocoa with my little ones. As much as I love it, I actually passed it up tonight. I ate 2 marshmallows instead. Oh and 2 Hershey Kisses. Hmmm. Going to have to keep a close eye on the holiday goodies!!

How is everyone doing this December? Exercise and healthy eating help beat holiday stress - but don't let "being healthy" become another stressor! Enjoy the holidays - in moderation!

We are all fine - my 5yo can't wait for it to snow so she can go skiing, but we are not sure she knows what skiing is!emoticon
