my sentiments exactly Don, "too dark, too cold, too soon". Since loosing over 100 lbs I'm always cold even in the summer, so I dread fall and winter! And like you I love to be outside in the sunshine (what little we get here in "gloom county" but hey we will survive. hmmmm SAD?, carbs?? hmmmm so that's my problem??? Kelly

It's already dark in the morning when I do my treadmill routine! At least my internal "clock" is catching up with the dark. I don't wake up with an alarm clock...just do it on my internal clock. Had a few oversleeps, but not many and now? 6 a.m. and I'm UP!
