If you haven't tried it before or even if you have, but didn't stick with it, try getting a workout in first thing in the morning before your day goes haywire like mine...lol!

I'm trying to back into the swing of things. I've not exercised in a while and am finding it difficult to get the needed motivation. Yet I can tell (via the scale)that no exercise equals no weightloss. Your "morning walk" posts are encouraging to me.
