It's a challenge to stick with healthy eating when all those academic pressures are bearing down, but it sounds like you're aware of your trouble spots and working on nailing them...good for you!

Gosh - I haven't been here in what seems like years!
College is going well! As you can imagine it is quite challenging and I have put my life (including Spark) on hold.
Good news - I am already half done with the semester!
I have slipped into some bad college eating habits but am managing to keep most of the weight off. I think there is nervous energy calories burned and striding around the campus. I am still walking, though not as much and am comtemplating getting a group together to start walking during our breaks. Also I have fallen a bit from eating right - mostly portion control and getting enough veggies. Now that I have EQed, I can SPARK again!
