I think at one time you could log everything in advance. You can still log up to 7 or 8 days in advance now, but it used to be that you could do it for months in advance. People would log their food, fitness and other goals, and start the month with tons of points.
I completely understand logging food a week or two in advance if you're planning your menus, but to log fitness, especially checking off strength training exercises, is a blatant point-grab in my opinion. I wonder at times how many of those pre-logged points are then actually earned? But then again, it's not really for me to judge. Hey, if they're "cheating" for points, it's really only their health that they're cheating. I do think it's really sad.
