I saw this in another group and thought it was cute (so i stole it!)
Remember that it is very important to *eat your rainbow* in fruits and veggies. This is where to post! Each day simply put what you ate for each color and try to get in as much of the rainbow as you can!!
The colors of the rainbow and examples are:
Red (strawberries, cherries, apples...)
Orange (carrots, cantaloupe, yams...)
Yellow (bananas, pineapple, corn...)
Green (bell peppers, broccoli, romaine)
Blue (blueberries, raisins...)
Purple (grapes, onion...)
White (cauliflower, onion...)
Be creative and have fun!!!
If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the solution.
