I'm a mixed bag today. For starters there's because I'm absolutely ravenous today and feel like I'm eating everything in sight. But there's also because I'm happy with my measurements and my pants are loose!

I can so relate.... me TOO!! and even worse... (and NO, that is not water in that glass - LOL)
SO starting today my "personal" August goal is NO BEER!!! AND focus on staying in my calorie range - I have been straying for the last couple of months and now instead of being on the border I find myself about 3 miles out! Many times the reason I am over in calories IS the beer so by stopping one I help both goals.
I definately have to step up the work outs to help us hit that August goal and with Volleyball and Softball ending I will have to find some new activities!
