At work I make sure when I have a lot of notes to do at the PC to have my veggies handy...that way I can be as mindless as I wanna be...SAFELY...lol!

OK - in the "mindless eating department"...

Never sit at the computer with an open bag of pretzels late at nite when you are answering emails or surfing on the computer!

I estimated that I added 250 - 300 calories just by doing that!! HA!

Oh Well, Lesson learned - I am moving on now!
