I was doing really good on strength training for awhile and now it seems I "can't fit it in" which is a big fat lie to myself because I can do it in front of the TV if necessary instead being the other "book end" on the couch with my dog...SO YES!! I am in for this as a goal for Aug.
Looks like we are doing quite well with our July goals team! What a great group - huh?
Now is the time to look ahead to August team goals. Any ideas?
I would like to add a strength training goal, that is one thing that I personally need to kick in as a habit. I focused on eating habits and instilling cardio habits for the first part of this lifestyle change but now I feel that I need to build more muscle to kick in my metabolism and stay strong. Maybe Strength training 3 times a week is a good starter goal?
Also I will be starting BCC in August and hopefully at my half goal of 25 pounds (or more!) lost. I plan to continue here, but I will be less active.
