Yeah - also think we should be able to add fresh veggies anytime or a very lite snack - anything up to 100 calories is OK as long as you dont eat 10 things @ 100 calories...haha!

sugar free jello, or celery something like that should be great. Satisfy those munchies without killing the diet.

How about allowing non-starchy veggies? Zero calorie stuff like sugar-free jello?

Eating after dinner is the hardest for me. I am in but I am off to Alaska and then cabin in the woods so won't be around much to record.

I think each person can adjust it for a lite snack or only veggies after dinner - just to not be soooo severe.

Oooh...such a toughie! But certainly one of my downfalls. Sometimes I push myself to a "veggies-only" mode after dinner. But nothing...?

Let's give it a go! Great suggestion! I see ravenous breakfasts ahead...lol!

I have a last minute challenge suggestion for August!

I have been having a hard time not eating after dinner or past 7PM. I noticed that I am skimping on breakfast and HUNGRY at nite!

So I am setting up a challenge for myself in August - no eating after dinner. Does anyone want to join me on this and make it a team goal?

I am definitely in on a strength training goal. I'm not consistent at all, and I need a kick in pants!

I'm not sure when I'll be able to pick up with my strength training again, due to having mono...may have to stick with cardio only still.

I was doing really good on strength training for awhile and now it seems I "can't fit it in" which is a big fat lie to myself because I can do it in front of the TV if necessary instead being the other "book end" on the couch with my dog...SO YES!! I am in for this as a goal for Aug.

Looks like we are doing quite well with our July goals team! What a great group - huh?

Now is the time to look ahead to August team goals. Any ideas?

I would like to add a strength training goal, that is one thing that I personally need to kick in as a habit. I focused on eating habits and instilling cardio habits for the first part of this lifestyle change but now I feel that I need to build more muscle to kick in my metabolism and stay strong. Maybe Strength training 3 times a week is a good starter goal?

Thoughts?

Also I will be starting BCC in August and hopefully at my half goal of 25 pounds (or more!) lost. I plan to continue here, but I will be less active.
