I know how hard it is to get rid of it!!!

It is in everything: bread, almost every yogurt except Stonyfield Farms - even Activa! Cereal, creamer, crackers, granola, Peanut Butter, Salad Dressings - lo fat mayo... in fact almost all LIGHT foods are loaded with it. I always choose the FULL FAT version and stick with the serving sizes.

The Kashi Go Lean bars dont have it and taste pretty good. Same with their crackers.

Although I try to be diligent about not letting high fructose corn syrup pass these lips, I've recently found out two of my favorite things contain it -- and I can't yet bring myself to give them up.

Minute Maid limeaid bars (cherry and lime, mmmmmmm) are the first, and I've actually not had one of those in a few weeks, so maybe I can give them up after all. The other, is one of my favorite snacks when I need something or want something that seems indulgent -- Quaker 90 calorie granola bars. Why, why, why???? I'm so mad at Quaker right now for making these delicious treats that are irresistable.

Yesterday I caved into a sweet munchie fit while out with a client grocery shopping and bought one of those little green Russell Stover NSA bags of Toffee Squares...SNARF, GONE! Just can't handle the sweet stuff...! Oh well...it's a rare indulgence.

So I will start...haha - that is why I started this post!

I bought those little 2/$1 packs of sweets at a gas station on the way home from Cedar Point last nite. Totally didnt need them but I immediately ate them all up!

Luckily they were small portions...

Caramel creams and non-pairells!

Here is a spot to confess any bad choices you have made (Spark related only - haha!)

After you post, reflect on why you made that choice and make a plan for what you will do next time.

Then MOVE ON! Consider yourself redeemed...
