Although I try to be diligent about not letting high fructose corn syrup pass these lips, I've recently found out two of my favorite things contain it -- and I can't yet bring myself to give them up.
Minute Maid limeaid bars (cherry and lime, mmmmmmm) are the first, and I've actually not had one of those in a few weeks, so maybe I can give them up after all. The other, is one of my favorite snacks when I need something or want something that seems indulgent -- Quaker 90 calorie granola bars. Why, why, why???? I'm so mad at Quaker right now for making these delicious treats that are irresistable.
