Is the Team Leader the only one who can set up goals?
Kayla - can you also set up a team goal where we can track miles walked (run) for the week - like maybe 6? that is a mile a day 6 days a week? Is that a good number?
I know I do more (I am shooting for 15-20)but this way others can shoot for a goal too.
I tried to set it up as a personal or "other goal" but it only gives you a box to check done or not, it is not like a team goal where you can put in a numeric amount (min or miles, etc) or a comments. Thanks

Going to have to slow way down in my corner, unfortunately due to my recent diagnosis of mono, of all things...because of my enlarged spleen there will be no strength-training for at least several weeks. Also a question as to whether I can continue my treadmill routine. Will be discussing with my doctor. I have been doing both and while they have been difficult I've pushed through. Problem is: this may prolong my recovery.
Ugh! Unfortunately the one symptom (wouldn't you KNOW!) of mono I DIDN'T pick up was a loss of appetite...worrying about keeping the pounds off without physical outlets!

I just looked at the info I have kept since Jan and I averaged 6.5/month but that was with some pretty big numbers the 2nd and 3rd month - you know the old saying - easier when you first start than after you've been doing it for awhile - I bet that goes for inches as well as lbs. Apr to May was 4.75 and May to June was 4 and I am guessing that now, Jun to Jul is going to be even lower so 5 is a good goal for me to shoot for - might get my butt moving again.
