Same goals as last weekend but even MORE important given that it's a holiday and you may be tempted by picnics and bbqs! Try to eat healthy and get in your exercise ~ We're supposed to have beautiful weather.. so no excuses!! :)
* Exercise for 30 minutes each day
* Eat sensibly (whatever your plan is)
* Drink at least 64-80 oz of water each day
Even if you don't complete each task - TRY! And then come on back and let us know how well you did!
Remember each little step you take helps you go further along in this journey! So even if you don't get it ALL done, every thing you DO get accomplished is something to be proud of!
If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the solution.
You shall not try to relive yesterday for good or ill, it is forever gone. Concentrate on what is happening in your life and be happy now!
