I have a few Women's Fitness videos that I liked starting out b/c they were a good way to incorporate the circuit training. I seriously have so many that people could borrow -- from dance, to circuit training, to step, etc. I figured the more variety the less chance of getting bored. I do like the balance ball and medicine ball workouts as well as the ones the circuit training ones. I like the circuit ones b/c they do mix things up so I don't feel like I'm doing repetition after repetition of the same thing. But the ones I love most are the abs ones b/c that's my favorite kind of work out -- I save them for last as a "reward" hahaha I like the burning -- it feels good. lol (Hey -- We all have our masochistic side about something lol)
But yeah, if there's one in particular that you've thought about trying and I have it, I can let you know a little about it -- or put it on and then turn on my web cam for a bit so you can see it and see if you like it. haha The clips on youtube and collage only so show much. lol
