If you want to participate in them ~ Great! You can even go back and put in totals from before or start from now!
What I want to do is track our minutes of exercise and our pounds lost as a group and then after this month I'll make a goal based off of what we have already logged and then we can try to beat that in June!
If you add in points from days prior to today, please let me know how much/how far back so that I can figure out an attainable goal!
(Note: I know 10 lbs/month is totally unrealistic for those of you who don't have a bunch of weight to lose to begin with but still log your pounds lost if you want to contribute to our team goals!)
