That would be an excellent idea! I'm almost sure you will find it very useful just as I did. I purchased mine from the book store. You can also go on amazon.com they have really good prices on there. I always look for the best buy!

Let me know how you like the book?

Hi Everyone!

I have found this book to be very helpful while I was first with the Candida Problem. The name of the book is called The Yeast Connection Cookbook. You can also get The Yeast Connection. They are both written by the same person. Dr, William G. Crook, M.D.

Dr.Crook was the Doctor that found the Candida problem. You will understand better why you have the problem you do. What to eat & not ot eat. How to help you get your health back. Lots of good receipes & more. It is worth getting The yeast Connection Cookbook you will learn to much like I did.

You can purchase it on Amazon.com on the internet. Get the best price. Or you can purchase it at your local book store which is more costly. If you are really interested in healing & understanding your Candida problem this book will really help you.
