Hi, There are a couple of ways you can track your Wii exercises. I find the easiest is to create a custom favorite exercise in the SP Fitness Tracker for my Wii Workouts. Then I use that to enter the estimated calories burned that the Wii Fit Plus provides. Have you found that feature in your Wii Fit Plus? When you have finished your workout, click on the little Wii piggy bank looking figure on the main menu page. When you first click on the piggy, it shows your exercise time for that day. Click again and it shows your estimated calories burned for the day. Click again and it shows your all time total exercise time.

I hope this makes sense. Let me know if it does not and I'll try to explain it better.
