You've come to the right place to challenge you every week on your Wii Fit! SHEENADEE does a great job in giving us a different challenge each week. I also use Your Shape with Jenny McCarthy--is this the one you have? That one is great as she has already set up your daily workout and you choose 15 minutes, 30, 45 or whatever works for you. I found using it consistantly it really did tone and strengthen, but I come to my Wii Fit Plus for fun! I use Resort usually just for fun if I can get the hubby to play along.
If you keep your exercise challenging, but fun, you'll find you'll return to it much more often and that really is the key. I'd be happy to help you with Your Shape if you've any questions or just need someone to be accountable to. There really isn't a group actively using it here on SparkPeople.

Hi I have been off sparky for MONTHS and I am returning.
I have just joined as a member and am hoping someone can help me?
I have decided I want to try a 10 week challenge where I use the wii to workout and lose weight but I need help to come up with a routine using the Wii.
The games I own are
Wii sports resort
EA personal trainer sports active 2
and I think the other 1 is called shape? it comes with a mini cam to watch your movements
